Cancellation Policy
Each appointment time is very valuable, therefore we request a minimum of 24 hours in advance of any cancellation.

Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at $5 per each 15 minutes of services booked if an appointment is rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe and that appointment is kept; otherwise one half of service booked will be charged.

All no shows will be billed in full for services booked.

We do pay our therapists for their time and this courtesy helps us to maintain quality within our business and lives.
